1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using tukogo's website and eSIM services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Service Description
tukogo provides prepaid, data-only eSIM connectivity primarily across selected African countries. Our Services are delivered via wholesale and carrier partners using technologies such as Multi-IMSI and renewable eSIM profiles to enable cross-border connectivity on compatible devices.
tukogo does not itself operate mobile networks. Connectivity is provided through our third-party carrier and platform partners.
3. Eligibility & Device Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
- You must have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device.
- You are responsible for confirming device compatibility before purchase. No refunds are issued for incompatibility if your device does not support eSIM or is carrier-locked.
4. Account, Payments & Plans
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
- All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
- All data plans are prepaid.
- Once an eSIM is delivered, activated, or a QR/LPA string has been used, the plan is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Each plan has specific validity periods and data allowances; any unused data at the end of the validity period expires and is not refundable or transferable.
- Prices and available plans may change at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services:
- For any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- To send spam, malware, or conduct network attacks.
- In a way that degrades or interferes with carrier networks or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, without refund, if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Service Availability & Performance
- Coverage, speed, and latency depend on local carrier networks and infrastructure, which may vary by location and time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary outages, reduced speeds, or roaming restrictions may occur.
- Tukogo is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party carriers, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- tukogo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our Services.
- Tukogo's total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific plan or Service giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
